Wichita Falls Transportation

As a regional hub for business and entertainment, Wichita Falls is easy to access and even easier to get around.

Interstate 44, U.S. Highways 82, 281, 277, 287 and Texas State Route 79 provide access to our visitors from surrounding communities and major cities.

The Wichita Falls Travel Center is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the comfort and travel needs of ground transportation passengers.

If you are interested in getting here by plane, we can accommodate that as well with Wichita Falls Regional Airport or Kickapoo Airport.

Once you are in our city, you can easily navigate your way around town with our “curb-to-curb” public transportation system, FallsRide. To better accommodate our residents and guests, Falls Ride will deviate a distance of up to 1/4 mile from the regular route to pick-up or drop-off qualifying passengers. Midwestern State University also has a Mustangs Route that helps students with transportation!

From taxis to limos, planes to automobiles, there are many ways to choose to get to Wichita Falls.
