Bird Walk at Lake Arrowhead State Park
July 13 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am
Join the bird walk at Lake Arrowhead State Park, sponsored by the Rolling Plains Chapter Texas Master Naturalist. This event is open to anyone interested in birds, whether a novice or an experienced birder. The walk is a slow meander fairly level ground over 1 – 1.5 hr. Total distance approximately 1 mi. Led by one of the Texas Master Naturalist members, the walk focuses on birds, but we’ll stop for anything interesting. Children welcome. Dress for the weather and bring your binoculars. Meet at the dump station, located in the first camping area to your left after entering the park. Park entry fee applies.
