Hotter'N Hell 6 Month Century Training Plan
Have you always wanted to ride the 100 mile Hotter’N Hell Hundred route but didn’t know how to train for it? Or, maybe you didn’t have someone to train with? Wichita Falls Endurance House owner Mark Pinson asked HHH training guru Bikin’ Mike Keel to develop a six month century training plan for cyclists who want to do the whole 100 miles in 2017.
The Hotter'N Hell 6 Month Century training plan and its three weekly rides are entirely FREE to all interested cyclists. The first ride is 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 20 and starts at the Wee-Chi-Tah Sculpture in Berend’s Landing (502 Wichita St) with 15 and 25 mile routes done at various paces.
Each week, there will be three scheduled rides: 5:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday evening and 9 a.m. Saturday morning. Each ride will leave from a specific location: one of the two Wichita Falls Endurance Houses or the HHH Clubhouse on 104 Scott St. Each ride will feature distances and paces for all levels of cyclists, and no riders will be dropped!!!
Rides are led by members of the MSU cycling team and avid cyclists like HHH founder Roby Christie, MSU Cycling Coach Charlie Zamastil and former MSU Vice President Howard Farrell.

We’re excited to offer this program!!! 100 miles is a long way, but together we can do it in 2017.
